Welcome to YTMetaPro (the "Website," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YTMetaPro website located at https://www.ytmetapro.com (the "Site"), including our free YouTube Metadata & Tags Extractor tool (the "Service").

YTMetaPro is a free, web-based utility that allows users to extract publicly available metadata from YouTube videos. Leveraging the official YouTube Data API v3, the tool retrieves information including, but not limited to, video titles, descriptions, tags, view counts, like counts, upload dates, channel names, durations, categories, and thumbnail images.

YTMetaPro does not host, download, or redistribute video files. All metadata displayed is obtained in real time from YouTube's public API and is not stored on our servers beyond the immediate display to the user. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. YouTube Terms of Service Compliance

YTMetaPro uses the official YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve public video metadata. By using our Service, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review the YouTube Terms of Service at any time here:

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

YTMetaPro is intended for personal, educational, and research purposes. You may use the tool to:

• Extract publicly available metadata from YouTube videos you have a legitimate interest in.
• Conduct competitor analysis and SEO research for your own content.
• Download publicly available video thumbnails for reference or inspiration.
• Export metadata in JSON or CSV format for personal record-keeping or analysis.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

As a condition of your use of YTMetaPro, you expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Use the Service to engage in copyright infringement, harassment, stalking, spamming, phishing, or any other malicious activity.
• Attempt to access, extract, or scrape data beyond what the YouTube Data API publicly provides, including any private, unlisted, or age-restricted content that is not authorized for public display.
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other automated means to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers or YouTube's servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, or algorithms of the Site.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Site, including rate-limiting mechanisms, API usage restrictions, or any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Service without prior notice or liability if we determine that you have violated any of these Terms or engaged in any prohibited activity.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 YTMetaPro Ownership

The YTMetaPro name, logo, domain name, website code, design, layout, user interface, and all related software components are the exclusive intellectual property of YTMetaPro and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express prior written permission.

5.2 YouTube Content Ownership

All video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, statistics, and other metadata extracted through YTMetaPro remain the sole property of their respective owners on YouTube and/or Google. YTMetaPro does not claim any ownership, copyright, license, or proprietary rights over the extracted data. The tool merely displays publicly available information provided through the YouTube Data API.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any extracted metadata complies with applicable copyright laws, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the rights of the original content creators. We do not grant you any license to use the extracted data for any purpose beyond what is permitted by the respective content owners and applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YTMetaPro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the metadata extracted from YouTube.

Any reliance you place on the information provided by YTMetaPro is strictly at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the data extracted is accurate, complete, or current. YouTube data may change, and our tool may not always reflect the most recent updates available on the YouTube platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YTMetaPro, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill.
• Damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. YTMetaPro's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YTMetaPro, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contributors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
